public abstract class DynamicHistoryEvent extends Event
Base class for events produced from historical (dynamic history) aggregations. Each event corresponds to a single tree block and carries the time window that block covers.

The window is half-open: (timeFrom, timeTo] - blocks are aggregated end-anchored, so an event with time exactly timeTo belongs to this block, while one exactly at timeFrom belongs to the previous block. The inherited Event.time is set to timeTo (the block's timestamp and inclusive end).
