Downstream user message sent to provider to ask about trading support for the specific instrument. Return Layer1ApiIsTradingSupportedForAlias.Response with true or false depending on whether the provider supports trading for the given alias. or null, in case the data cannot be retrieved (e.g. the provider is already closed)
